Very good option if you need a short-to-medium term place to stay in Chicago. Bathroom cleanliness was good, all things considered. I was disappointed in the kitchen setup - no oven or stovetop so not much you can do to cook. There was plenty of fridge space, but most fridges were not very clean. I ended up getting food delivered or eating out almost every day I was there. The only other issue for me was getting mail; a family member sent me a card there and I never got it. The property manager told me sometimes their mail gets to delivered to the auto shop next door, so I checked with them and it was not there. They told me they return all mail intended for the rooms next door back to the property, but obviously mine disappeared somehow and I never got a good explanation.

Cozy and affordable hotel in the heart of chicago. Comfortable rooms and spacious shared bathrooms. Great value.

Very Nice neighborhood, very nice people, great manager and owner. Met them both. Vinnie and Ozzie thank you so much. Yes its just a bedroom with shared bathrooms. If you want luxury this isnt for you. I will be back though!

I am nearing the end of a two week stay here and I cannot recommend it enough. I as a bit nervous because of some of the reviews but it’s been wonderful. No one is there to check you in, it’s all by code, but it was straightforward and all my questions and concerns were answered promptly via text. I was given a room on the first floor so only one flight of stairs thank goodness and nice windows, a large fridge, spacious for the price. The location was perfect, I was able to walk to the work I had while I was in town as well as to many different tourist sites on my days off. Bathrooms were clean considering that many people are sharing them and everything I asked for was taken care of. The only complaint I have is that there are four bathrooms but only two of them have toilets which did make me waiting anxiously some mornings needing the restroom but other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful and I hope to be able to stay here every time I’m in town. It cannot be beaten for the price and location!

It was really not as bad as others say. I had no problems getting into my room, and It's very close to a convenience store. The only problem I had was that the bathroom was in the hall, which was kind of annoying. It's a very minimalistic room with a fridge and microwave. If you're looking for a good window view, this is not the place for you. It wasn't bad for the price. There was never anyone at the front desk, but I had no problems. The location is a bit weird because it is on top of, I think, a collision center, but really not that difficult to get to. Very close to Brown line.

My stay was work related and in the best location! You don’t even need a car the transportation is amazing from home to work and everywhere else! The place is well managed by Ozzie the owner and Vinny the manager! Vinny was really helpful in everything time was not even matter he was always available! The rooms are comfortable and you have everything in you need for daily living! Free access to sheets and towels and robes! Really comfortable for short staying (for me it was 3 months) I would stay again if I go back to Chicago for work or vacation!

I had a great experience in this airbnb (you essentially get what you pay for!). The location is amazing and everything was also clean.

I stayed just over 2.5 months for a summer internship. The rooms were nothing too fancy, but overall was a great deal considering the area. The fridge, laundry, and Wi-Fi were great amenities for me. The greatest part of my experience was the service I received from Ozzie. He was always very friendly, accommodating, and easy going. He also made an effort to look out for younger people like me, and always had my safety in mind. Overall I had a great experience. This is a great choice for anyone looking for a short/medium-term stay close to the loop without breaking the bank. If I go back next summer, this will be my first choice. Thank you Ozzie!
